The Melted Scoop was established in 2014 by Jonathan Byrd, a suburban Philadelphia native, and U.S. Military Veteran. Spending many summers as a child eating Italian Ice, or as Jon called it, “water ice” with his sister, Crystal, drove his decision to pursue making this amazing dessert.
All Sorbet and Italian Ice desserts are Gluten Free, Fat Free, and Vegan friendly with pieces of fresh fruit in each and every scoop. Each small batch is created with convenience in mind, and crafted with love and smiles,
